Nah... if you wanna try a simple way to make your beef sausage/wurst in different way for SNACK TIME, you can try this. The condiments are easy to get, so don't worry if you think you can't make it. Let's try.

 

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 pc wurst or beef sausage

  • 1 tbs extra virgin olive oil 

  • 1 clove garlic

  • 1 clove onion

  • 1/4 tsp salt

  • 1/2 tsp sugar

  • 1/4 tsp pepper

  • 1/4 tsp lemon juice

  • 1/2 tsp red wine

  • Grated mozarella cheese

  • Oregano

  • Thyme

  • Chives

  • Cayenne flakes

 

Grilled Wurst in Tin Pouch

How to make:

 

  • Cut the sausage into pieces. Put on the tin foil wrap, pour the olive oil, salt, sugar, pepper, lemon juice and red wine.

  • Chopped the oregano, thyme, chives, garlic and onion. Sprinkle them on the sausage then mix well.

  • Sprinkle the cayenne flakes, then wrap the tin foil tightly.

  • Grilled it on fire for around 5 minutes.

  • Open the tin foil wrap then pour the grated mozarella cheese, then wrap it again tightly.

  • Grilled it for around 2 minutes.

  • Set aside and feel the sensation of your melty mozarella with grilled wurst in tin pouch.
